The pressure is on to tie up the loose ends before people go away on leave, and among all this, the chaos of the Moon in Taurus creating upheaval. Life is chaotic. Amid all this though are moments…. Moments to quieten the monkey mind, the overwhelm. Strategies like movement, mindfulness, journaling, breathwork are all great tools, but sometimes it's not enough.
