From a young age, Natalie has been passionate about physical movement, starting with calisthenics at the age of three. Over the course of two decades, she became a skilled calisthenics teacher, inspiring young children to discover the joys of movement. However, conflicts with her career led her to explore other forms of exercise such as dancing, team sports, running, and strength training. Unfortunately, Natalie began experiencing painful sciatica which hindered her ability to move. Seeking relief, she turned to yoga, which not only allowed her to move pain-free but also provided a release of tension and stress that she had never experienced before.

Driven by her newfound love for yoga, Natalie completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga and 50-hour yin yoga teacher training. In addition, she has pursued further training as a trauma-informed teacher, an eye movement and desensitizing and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and a wellness, lifestyle and executive coach. Through her diverse training and experiences, Natalie is committed to helping others discover the physical and mental benefits of movement and yoga.

When Natalie is unavailable to teach, she utilizes teachers that she knows carries the same ethos as herself and are qualified in similar styles of yoga.
