WHAT A YEAR! 2024 was a year of growth, as we hos WHAT A YEAR! 2024 was a year of growth, as we hosted not only our standard Fitness Fusion events at @emiratespadel and Waves of Wisdom events, branching out into ice baths with @valentinbliss_yoga - but also an art therapy session with @womanhood__academy__, a beautiful retreat at @alwathbahotel and two Saturday Sanctuaries at @babalnojoum_hudayriyat with @beyondwellnessdxb and @rdowes as well as a wellness presentation at @mizaabudhabi with @wellnesstheory... Our yoga sessions expanded dramatically, with full moon sessions as well as the introduction of three new classes and deep stretching at @cobrafitnessuae Our coaching sessions included relationship issues and more transitional support as our clients deal with major changes in their life. Thank you for being a part of the year and for your support. Wishing you a safe and joyous festive season and a wonderful start to 2025. Tanya is an experienced E-RYT 200 yoga teacher with a deep passion for yoga that began after a car accident led her to seek healing for back problems. She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and received her first certification in 2017. Tanya blends her love for nature, spirituality, and yoga’s therapeutic benefits, having practiced and taught even during her pregnancy. Her teaching approach emphasizes safety, mindfulness, and building a strong foundation, influenced by her disciplined background as a pilot. Tanya continues to deepen her knowledge annually under Saraswathi Jois in Mysore, India, focusing on Ashtanga practice. The pressure is on to tie up the loose ends before people go away on leave, and among all this, the chaos of the Moon in Taurus creating upheaval. Life is chaotic. Amid all this though are moments…. Moments to quieten the monkey mind, the overwhelm. Strategies like movement, mindfulness, journaling, breathwork are all great tools, but sometimes it's not enough. Sometimes life throws multiple punches and it all feels too much. Recently we have had crisis calls from clients facing multiple issues.
