For more than two decades, my work has centred on helping people create meaningful change – through journalism, conservation, advocacy, wellness and now storytelling.
Today, Breathes Wellness brings together everything I’ve learned to help individuals, teams and communities build emotional resilience, reconnect with themselves, and breathe a little deeper.

Having experience in studio, private, and corporate yoga teaching, we can take you or your team through a vigorous class for an hour or more, or a 15min stretch and relaxation class from the office chair.
