About Breathes Wellness by Natalie Hore

“Everything is a mindset”

Breathes Wellness is the brainchild of Natalie Hore, a qualified journalist, nutritionist, life coach, sound therapist and yoga teacher.

Natalie has a long and successful history as both an entrepreneur and corporate employee, working initially as a Marketing and Media adviser for Commonwealth, State and Local Government in Australia, while simultaneously starting her first business in the pet care industry in 2007, before moving into the not-for-profit sector in 2013. As a scuba diving instructor, Natalie was the instigator for Government policy change in Australia regarding marine conservation issues, specifically shark conservation in Western Australia, where she spearheaded activities locally and internationally to remove the use of lethal measures to reduce shark bite incidents. As a result of these activities, Natalie formed and registered the charity, No Shark Cull Inc, and later was employed by Sea Shepherd Australia where she also became active in whale protection in Australia, particularly taking a stand against the formation of oil drilling in South Australia.

Moving with her husband to Dubai in 2016, it wasn’t long before Natalie formed and registered the marine conservation organization, Azraq, where she continued to work on marine conservation issues.

However, in May 2021, struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, burnout and grief, Natalie decided to give herself some reprieve from the constant planning and working, and placed Azraq under new management while she took time off. During this time, Natalie underwent both traditional and alternative methods to heal, leaning towards meditation, yoga and nutrition over medication as part of her recovery.

As a survivor of sexual abuse, Natalie started to realize that she had buried her pain in her work. She also faced the disappointment of eight unsuccessful IVF attempts in her quest to start a family. But instead of giving up, Natalie started to investigate tools that worked best for her, including daily and regular affirmations.

Now, she shares her knowledge and experience with others who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, and fertility issues. Her approach is holistic, combining physical, emotional, and spiritual practices to help her clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

Natalie’s message is one of hope, resilience and empowerment. She knows firsthand how difficult it can be to overcome trauma and adversity, but she believes that with the right tools and support, anyone can heal and thrive, that everyone has the power to heal themselves and that it’s important to find what works for each individual.

Her journey serves as an inspiration to anyone who is struggling. She shows that with the right tools and support, it’s possible to overcome even the most difficult challenges.
