About Breathes Wellness by Natalie Hore

“Everything is a mindset”

Breathes Wellness is the heartwork of Natalie Hore — a qualified journalist, nutritionist, life coach, sound therapist, and yoga teacher — who brings together lived wisdom, professional experience, and grounded compassion.

Natalie’s career path has been diverse and purpose-driven. Beginning in government as a Marketing and Media Adviser, she went on to build her first business in 2007 in the pet care industry while later transitioning into the not-for-profit and conservation sectors. Her passion for marine protection led to national policy shifts on shark conservation in Australia and the formation of the charity No Shark Cull Inc. She was later employed by Sea Shepherd Australia, advocating for whales and ocean preservation. After relocating to Dubai in 2016, Natalie founded Azraq, a UAE-based marine conservation organization.

In 2021, experiencing deep exhaustion and emotional overwhelm, Natalie consciously paused her work and took a step back to prioritise her wellbeing. What followed was not just a healing journey, but a transformational one. Rather than seeking to fix or escape, she turned inward — exploring yoga, meditation, somatic practices, sound healing, and emotional regulation tools that would become the foundation of her personal and professional evolution.

What she discovered was this: the body remembers, but it can also release. The mind protects, but it can also rewire. And while our stories shape us, they don’t have to define us.

Natalie now supports others in returning to themselves — helping them regulate big emotions, navigate stress and anxiety, and find steadiness in their inner world. Her work focuses less on reliving trauma and more on cultivating nervous system resilience, self-awareness, and mindset shifts that support long-term wellbeing.

With an emphasis on simplicity, self-compassion, and somatic wisdom, Natalie’s approach is holistic, trauma-aware, and deeply human. She holds space for those navigating big feelings — from grief, anxiety, and self-doubt to burnout, PTSD, and fertility challenges. Her work centres on emotional regulation and nervous system resilience, helping clients develop the tools and inner safety to meet life’s waves with steadiness and self-trust.

Natalie honours emotions not as problems to fix, but as powerful messengers. Through breath, movement, reflection, and grounded mindset shifts, she gently guides others to befriend their inner world — creating space for healing, clarity, and calm from the inside out.

Her message is clear: we are not broken. With the right tools, support, and inner commitment, we can regulate, recover, and reconnect.
